Main characteristics:
Of splendid deep ruby color, Antis Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of cedar and
spice. In the mouth, it is medium bodied with rich soft layers of plum, black currant
and spices. It combines the freshness of fruit. Good concentration and the right
amount of oak. It is well balanced with elegant tannins and a pleasant and
persistent finish.

Winemaking process:
Manual harvesting
Cold maceration for 2 days in stainless steel fermentation tanks using native teast.
Malolactic fermentation
Bottling and lay down in a temperature controlled cave.

Alcohol: 14.0 gl.

Wine pairing:
Goes very well with beef, tomato based paste dishes and sharp cheeses. Enjoy now
or lay down for one to four years.

Ideal drinking temperature: 18° C.
