INDIVIDO TRAMINER & SAUVIGNON BLANC
An exciting blend, partially aged in new French oak barriques for about 3 months. Variety Traminer is an ancient cultivar of the European Vitis vinifera, spread centuries ago to nowadays Moldova from Tramin village in South Tyrol, today part of Italy. It is member of Germanic family of Traminer variants, and is often called “Moldovan cousin” of Gewurztraminer.
Sauvignon Blanc 15%
The grapes are hand-picked from selected vineyards. Fermented in vats at controlled temperature (cold maceration for 4 days at 46 F) then partially aged in new French oak barriques for about 3 months.
Very aromatic with flavor of rose petals, specific to Traminer, refreshing mineral notes of delicate citrus fruits, typical to Sauvignon Blanc. Tastes fresh, delicate, and slightly acidic, with a pleasant floral finish.
This wine pairs perfectly with cheese, grilled or baked vegetables, vegetarian salads, rich fish (salmon, tuna), and shellfish. Recommended to be served chilled, at 8-10ºС (46-50 F)
