Main characteristics:
Purples hints with very good intensity. Delicious with a wonderful palate. Its aromas are a
mix of plums, morello cherry, truffle and, as time goes by, chocolate, coffee and vanilla.

Destemming and soft crushing
Classical fermentation with natives tests.
Pumping over. Long maceration
Hydraulic pressing. Controlled natural malolactic fermentation.
